The business specialises in delivering complex, high-volume systems for banks, FinTech's, and payment providers, with projects heavily focused on payment integrations and gateway platforms. They're looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team, someone who can combine hands-on development with mentoring and technical leadership. The Opportunity This is a hybrid role, ideally requiring three days per week in the office, and offers exposure to a wide range of client projects rather than a single internal product. You'll be working in regulated, transaction-heavy environments where quality, scalability, and security are critical.
