  • As a Senior Software Engineer Fullstack, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining fullstack solutions that enhance digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable software that meets business and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical architecture, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. Accountabilities

  • Lead the development of fullstack applications, delivering high-quality features with minimal guidance.
  • Shape architectural proposals and implement solutions across backend and frontend systems.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and reliability in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and automated tests.
  • Support workload management and risk mitigation within the engineering team.
  • Mentor and support team members to promote engineering best practices and team growth.
  • 7+ years of experience in fullstack software engineering or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and API development.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software best practices, including testing (TDD/BDD), documentation, observability (Grafana, Kibana), and system health monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.
  • Product-first mindset, with the ability to consider business impact alongside technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth2).
  • Previous experience leading fullstack or B2B SaaS product teams.
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced features or systems.
  • Experience with high-availability systems and monitoring production environments at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical strategy and align engineering roadmaps with product goals.
