  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a cross-functional team driving the evolution of an industry-leading B2B platform used by thousands of professionals across Europe. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions that empower clients to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to build high-quality, scalable features for a B2B platform.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across front-end and back-end systems using technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
  • Design and optimize APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing engineering best practices, including TDD/BDD, code reviews, and observability tools.
  • Ensure service scalability and security through proactive monitoring, risk management, and documentation.
  • Support technical decision-making, guide architectural proposals, and mentor team members to strengthen overall engineering maturity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals and user needs.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong fullstack capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React, with solid experience in API development and integration.
  • Strong background working with microservices, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud environments and system monitoring using Grafana or Kibana.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles, testing strategies, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently in distributed teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to balance technical quality with business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring peers and promoting a culture of learning and inclusion.
  • Bonus points for experience with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth2), AI-driven features, or high-availability systems.
