Our client is looking for a Senior Social Worker for Children to manage a complex caseload involving high levels of risk, uncertainty, and challenge, consistent with the expertise of an experienced practitioner with at least three years of post-qualification experience. The role contributes to the development of practice within the service area, modelling high-quality social work and supporting the learning and professional growth of less experienced colleagues.
