Senior Brand & Content Operations Manager (Full-Time) Company: Volt FX / AGOHP Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (40–50 hours/week) Contract Length: 2–3 months (extension based on performance) Start Date: Immediate ⸻ READ THIS FIRST This is not a video editor role. This is not a creative assistant role. We already have short-form editors in place. This role exists to own the brand layer, publishing system, and content infrastructure so the CEO can focus exclusively on: • Capital raising • Sales leadership • Events & high-level relationships • Strategy & content direction If you are disorganized, slow, or need daily instructions, do not apply! ⸻ CORE MISSION Own the Volt FX & AGOHP brand execution layer Ensure content is published correctly, on time, on-brand, and stored in a crystal-clear system. You are the guardian of order, consistency, and professionalism across all content. ⸻ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1️⃣ Brand & Visual Consistency (PRIMARY) • Own brand consistency across: • Volt FX • AGOHP personal brand • Ensure tone = premium, masculine, authority-driven • Maintain brand rules for: • Fonts • Colors • Layouts • Thumbnails • Captions & CTAs • Create and maintain brand-ready documents: • Pitch decks • Sales PDFs • Visual assets for sales & events You do not design from scratch every time — you standardize and enforce. ⸻ 2️⃣ Publishing & Distribution Management • Own the content calendar • Schedule and publish content across all platforms • Coordinate with: • Short-form editors • Long-form editors • Sales / Outreach team • Ensure nothing is missed, duplicated, or posted incorrectly • Repurpose content logically across platforms This is an execution and control role, not creative brainstorming. ⸻ 3️⃣ Content Database & Asset Management (CRITICAL) This is one of the most important responsibilities. You will: • Own the entire content database • Keep Google Drive / cloud storage immaculate • Enforce clear naming conventions: • Raw footage • Edited content • Posted content • Archived content • Ensure every asset is: • Easy to find • Correctly labeled • Stored in the right folder • Coordinate with PA & team so no chaos ever returns If you love structure and clarity, you’ll excel here. ⸻ 4️⃣ CEO Collaboration (Minimal, High-Level) • One weekly alignment call (30 min max) • You receive direction → you execute • No micromanagement, no daily calls ⸻ WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT DO • ❌ No short-form editing • ❌ No long-form editing • ❌ No community management • ❌ No influencer outreach • ❌ No waiting for approvals on every post ⸻ KPIs (VERY CLEAR) You will be evaluated on: 1. Zero missed posts 2. Brand consistency across all platforms 3. Clean, logical, well-maintained content database 4. Sales team satisfaction with brand assets 5. Speed, reliability, independence ⸻ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE You must have: • Senior experience managing brands or founder-led businesses • Strong understanding of content workflows • Proven ability to manage content systems and databases • High attention to detail • Strong English • Ability to work full-time (this is not freelance) Eastern Europe only (Romania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Baltics, Ukraine) ⸻ TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH • Google Drive (advanced folder systems) • ClickUp / Notion • Social scheduling tools • Basic design tools (Canva / Figma for brand assets) • Slack / WhatsApp communication ⸻ COMPENSATION (SENIOR, EE – FAIR & STRATEGIC) • $1,600 – $2,200 USD / month • Full-time commitment required • Paid monthly • 2–3 month contract • Extension or raise only if execution is excellent This is priced for high-quality Eastern European operators, not agencies. ⸻ HIRING PROCESS (FAST & DECISIVE) 1. Portfolio / Experience Review (Must show brand management, not just edits) 2. Paid Test Task (48 hours) • Organize a mock content database • Prepare a sample posting calendar 3.
