Lead and deliver process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying operational risks, and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain and update procedural documentation for all fund and product types, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with governance standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve reconciliation, data integrity, and settlement issues in a timely manner. Oversee daily operational controls, verifying completion of key processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Contribute to cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and automation efforts that strengthen the quality and reliability of securities lending operations.What you bring Minimum of 2 years experience in securities lending operations.
