Senior Sales Negotiator – New Independent Agency | Fulham | £30K–£38K Basic + Commission (OTE £60K–£90K)

Be a key force in shaping the success of a new premium estate agency in Fulham.

Caspian Giles is a newly launched independent estate agency based in the heart of Fulham. We’re looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Negotiator with a strong track record in residential sales to take ownership of the sales department and help build the business from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes sales, thrives in a competitive market, and wants real influence. Experience in lettings is a bonus — or the willingness to learn — as you’ll have the opportunity to support both sides of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all sales activity: market appraisals, viewings, negotiations, and progression through to completion
• Winning new instructions through networking, canvassing, and proactive prospecting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key partners
• Identifying and acting on cross-selling opportunities across sales and lettings
• Supporting lettings activity where needed (training provided if required)
• Working closely with the founder to shape business strategy, marketing, and growth
• Helping build the foundations for future processes, hires, and expansion

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in residential sales with a proven track record (London experience strongly preferred)
• Confident instruction-winner with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Fulham and surrounding SW London postcodes
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
• Exceptional communicator — polished, articulate, and relationship-driven
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Experience in lettings or willingness to learn (ARLA support available if desired)

• £30,000 – £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Commission structure with realistic OTE of £60K–£90K

Location: Fulham, London (office-based role)

Hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6pm

Saturday: 10:00am –2pm (2 Saturdays per month)
