Eden Group operates premium, high-volume event venues including Greenwich Borough Hall, delivering weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations at scale.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to take full ownership of our sales function across our venues and event services. This is a hands-on, accountable, performance-driven position for someone who can manage the entire sales lifecycle end-to-end and drive consistent revenue growth.You will own TripleSeat, manage sales strategy, monitor performance, close deals, and ensure the pipeline converts. You will be expected to think commercially, act proactively, and deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Ownership & PerformanceOwn the entire sales process from enquiry booking contract handoverConsistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targetsMonitor conversion rates, enquiry volume, booking value, and pipeline healthIdentify gaps in performance and implement corrective sales actionsProvide regular sales reporting to Directors with clear insights and actionsPrepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clientsMaintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditionsConduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and maximise revenue potentialTripleSeat Ownership (Essential)Act as the system owner for TripleSeatEnsure all enquiries, bookings, notes, statuses, contracts, and handovers are fully and accurately loggedMaintain clean data, clear internal notes, and correct event statusesBuild and manage sales workflows within TripleSeatEnsure Sales Ops handovers are complete, accurate, and timely(Previous experience using TripleSeat is strongly preferred)Sales Strategy & GrowthDevelop and
