Role OverviewAs a Senior Sage 200 Support Consultant, you will provide expert-level ERP support across Sage 200 Financials and Commercials, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.Key responsibilities include:2nd and 3rd line Sage 200 supportActing as an escalation point for complex ERP issuesSupporting Sage 200 Financials (Nominal Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cashbook)Supporting Sage 200 Commercials (SOP, POP, Stock Control)Troubleshooting system, process, and data-related issuesInvestigating and resolving issues using SQL (desirable)Managing support tickets in line with SLAsSupporting Sage 200 upgrades, patches, and new releasesProducing documentation and contributing to knowledge basesMentoring junior Sage 200 consultants and support analystsLiaising with customers, project teams, and developers Skills & ExperienceEssential:<
