This is a high-impact role where you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape reward frameworks that drive performance and engagement. What You'll Be Doing Strategic Leadership Act as the divisional reward lead, advising senior leaders and HR partners on all aspects of reward.Ensure divisional priorities are represented in group-wide reward planning.Embed group reward principles into divisional processes, promoting fairness and consistency.Partner with HR and business leaders to influence workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives. Reward Operations Lead annual reward cycles including pay reviews, bonus schemes, and compensation planning.Monitor divisional budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.Oversee incentive plan design and management, from target setting through to performance tracking.Deliver benchmarking, salary range development, pay reviews, and reporting (including Gender Pay Gap).Support senior hires and exits with reward-related processes such as buyouts, settlements, and redundancy calculations.
