We’re an eCommerce-focused email marketing agency working with top-tier Shopify brands. We’re hiring a Senior Retention Marketing Lead to own the retention strategy, execution, reporting, and client communications across multiple accounts. What you’ll own End-to-end retention strategy (email + SMS) for multiple Shopify clients, planning, execution, and optimization. Hands-on Klaviyo builds: flows, segments, templates, A/B tests, and revenue-tracking. Client-facing work: present results, run quarterly strategy reviews, translate analytics into actions. Analytics & growth: build retention dashboards, measure LTV/Churn/Repeat Purchase Rate, and run experiments to increase revenue per recipient. Team coordination: mentor/coordinate with copywriters, designers, and operations to deliver scalable programs. Must-have 3+ years running Klaviyo for eCommerce brands (agency or in-house). Comfortable with client-facing and managing multiple accounts. Strong SQL/Excel comfort or experience with analytics dashboards. Nice-to-have Shopify app/tech troubleshooting experience, SMS strategy experience, and building retention playbooks.
