Our client is looking for experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team and help shape brighter futures for the children in our care. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital leadership role in the home, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and support.
- Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with children and young people, supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and self-worth.
- Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operations within the home, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and routines are followed.

Provide guidance, supervision, and support to Residential Support Workers.
Promote and support education, personal development, and emotional wellbeing for all children.
Safeguard and advocate for the children at all times, ensuring their safety and welfare are the top priority.
Support the management team by contributing to staff rotas, policies, and reviews.What We're Looking For:
They are seeking someone who:
- Is 22 years or older
- Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
- Has at least 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
- Holds a full manual UK driving licence.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding awareness.
