What You'll Be Doing:As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital leadership role in the home, ensuringchildren receive the highest standards of care and support.? Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with children and young people,supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and self-worth.? Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operations within the home, ensuring care plans, riskassessments, and routines are followed.? Provide guidance, supervision, and support to Residential Support Workers.? Promote and support education, personal development, and emotional wellbeing for allchildren.? Safeguard and advocate for the children at all times, ensuring their safety and welfareare the top priority.? Support the management team by contributing to staff rotas, policies, and reviews. What We're Looking For:They are seeking someone who: ? Is 22 years or older? Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).?
