What We're Looking For:
They are seeking someone who:

● Is 22 years or older
● Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
● Has at least 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
● Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding awareness.

It is imperative that you have a full UK driving licence
