We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join my clients established Industrial/Manufacturing team in their Doncaster branchAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients in the Industrial sector. Your duties will include identifying candidates, building client relationships, and managing the recruitment process.Required Skills:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.Adept at candidate sourcing and assessment.Strong communication and negotiation skills for client and candidate interactions.Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.Experience with recruitment software and tools.Strong business development skills to win new business accountsNice to Have Skills:Previous working knowledge of fast paced temps Industrial/Manufacturing sector.Knowledge of recruitment legislationRecruiting for volume temporary staffPreferred Experience:Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high street recruiter and within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.Requirements and BenefitsAbility to travel to Doncaster on a daily basisAvailability to work Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM.Potential 20% bonus for exceeding a 10K target monthly plus possible car allowanceWork towards a management roleIf you are a driven recruitment professional looking to make a difference in the industry, we encourage you
