The Opportunity: We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a client site in St Paul’s, London. This is a prestigious front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors — providing a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects both HCA’s and our client’s standards of excellence. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient and visitor. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion. Manage front-of-house operations, including telephone and email enquiries. Issue and explain client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Support a seamless journey by communicating clearly and anticipating needs. Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and confidentiality at all times. Work independently and confidently in a professional, fast-paced setting. About You: Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience (2+ years) essential. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Confident working autonomously in a professional corporate environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Healthcare or corporate front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
