We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor, based at Bowmer and Kirkland ltd, Botley Road, Oxford, OX2 OHA, to run our Fabrica Project in Oxford, must have main contractor experience and have run jobs of a similar size and type. Duties of the Role: Ensure accurate and timely reporting.Tackle difficult issues early.Financial Control of the Project, maximising profitability but maintaining client and supply chain relationships.Identify and eliminate risk.Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance, tackling difficult issues early, striving to eliminate risk and achieving project targets.Actively develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams to maximise team and business goals.Drive and maintain a high level of financial and commercial controlAdopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain good working relationships.Be a lead team leader.Support the Contracts Manager/Operations Director in achieving successful project delivery<l
