• OCU is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial reporting and drive financial performance across our dynamic business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead commercial reporting across multiple projects
• Manage sub-contract payments and variations
• Produce accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations
• Deliver financial and statistical reports
• Collaborate with operational teams to support project delivery
• Drive client-facing commercial meetings
• Oversee project close-out and retention releases

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Commercially astute and confident presenting to stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable managing teams and working to tight deadlines
