The Senior Provider Trainer/Facilitator (Sr. Value-Based Programs Professional) manages the full spectrum of training activities, including needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation, and rigorous post-training evaluation. Leads scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions, ensures that learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to optimize their use of the Compass application Creates and maintains standardized templates, documentation, policies, protocols, case studies, and best-practice resources that support learning experiences Leverages current web-based tools, learning management systems (LMS), and digital applications, delivers seamless virtual and hybrid training experiences Advances best practices in education and process improvement, ensuring that training remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with Humana's mission to improve member health outcomes In essence, this is a compelling career opportunity. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in training and facilitation (virtual and in-person) 2+ years' experience in creating communications for internal associates and/or external providers 2+ years using MS Office including Excel experience 1+ years' experience in digital content creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Camtasia Studio) Experience developing training collateral (slide decks, eLearning modules, videos, quick reference guides) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Workday Learning, Cornerstone. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year experience in healthcare Experience with Power BI Experience with cognitive learning and/or Adulting Learning Theory Experience with Population Health Management Experience using AI in learning Additional Information: Work-At-Home Requirements To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
