A leading Manchester consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Manager to deliver high-value developments across the education, healthcare and residential sectors. The Senior Project Manager will play a lead client-facing role, managing complex project teams and supporting junior colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-regarded consultancy with a strong regional presence and ambitious growth plans. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience. The Senior Project Manager will work on both public and private sector projects, often simultaneously. The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will manage projects up to £80m in value and will: Lead all project stages from pre-construction to completion Oversee consultant, contractor and stakeholder engagement Deliver cost, risk and programme management Administer NEC and JCT contracts Manage project governance and reporting for public sector frameworks Drive client satisfaction and repeat business Support the mentoring and development of junior team members The Senior Project Manager 6+ years' project management experience in a consultancy MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualified Strong delivery record in education, healthcare or residential sectors Able to manage multiple stakeholders and procurement routes Skilled in contract negotiation and performance management Positive, team-oriented approach with commercial awareness In Return? £60,000 - £75,000 Bonus and car allowance Flexible working and modern offi
