  • We are now searching for a Senior Project Manager to drive our high-impact strategic initiatives across products, markets, and functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist with excellent project leadership skills, stakeholder management competence, and a strong bias for execution.
  • Role Purpose
  • You will own and deliver core strategic projects across teams, commercial models, product initiatives, and cross-functional business operations. You will drive feasibility analyses, rollout plans, and end-to-end execution with measurable business outcomes. You are responsible for project governance, timeline adherence, financial control, and transparent reporting to all stakeholders including, but not limited to the c-level This role does not include direct line management, but it requires the ability to lead without authority, foster alignment, and steer cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects
  • Lead high-value, high-complexity projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify and prioritize strategic trade-offs and value drivers
  • Develop and manage processes, governance structures, and KPIs for new market and regional launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to design and maintain strong project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints (Planning, Performance Review, Cost Centre Allocation) to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate go/no-go decisions and risk escalation processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end rollout and operationalization of strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Lead retrospectives and postmortems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain transparent reporting for C-level stakeholders, including dashboards and business reviews.
  • Coordinate external agencies and partners during launch operations.
  • Strengthen operational value chains by establishing scalable processes (together with Process Management).
  • Governance & Financial Control
  • Manage project cost structures, cost centre allocations, and financial adherence.
  • Track KPIs and business outcomes against forecasted targets.
  • People & Leadership (without direct reports)
  • Drive ownership, documentation excellence, and accountability within project environments.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through structured communication and strategic clarity.
  • KPIs & Success Metrics
  • Achievement of project targets (revenue or equivalent performance metrics)
  • Timeline adherence and delivery quality across the project portfolio
  • Resource and stakeholder alignment across supporting departments
  • Quality of reporting, governance, and decision-making reliability
  • Qualifications
  • Experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management roles (strategic, cross-functional, or commercial environments)
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking; including project management and delivery frameworks (waterfall or and agile, such as Scrum)
  • High stakeholder management competence across technical and business functions
  • Excellent process, governance, and execution orientation
  • knowledge of decision making frameworks and methods such as balance scorecard
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (decision memos, frameworks, reporting)
  • High ownership and “Get-It-Done” mindset

  • Languages
  • English (C1) – must have
