An award-winning construction consultancy in Manchester is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a series of large-scale residential and mixed-use regeneration schemes across Greater Manchester. The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for full project leadership and high-level client engagement on a portfolio of private and local authority-led regeneration projects. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to completion Managing project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal resources Preparing strategic delivery plans, progress reports and risk management plans Leading procurement, contract negotiation, and administration (JCT/NEC) Chairing progress and design team meetings Supporting the mentoring and development of junior PMs This Senior Project Manager role requires excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and a track record of delivering complex urban developments.
