Full time, 2 years fixed term, located at the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership Exciting role focused on delivering meaningful experiences for our senior course participants Base Salary (HEO7) $112,628 - $122,702 p.a + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Faculty of Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Programs Coordinator / Delivery Lead who is passionate about leadership development, future-making, impactful learning, and stakeholder engagement to contribute to a high-profile initiative shaping the future of major project leadership in Australia and beyond. As the Executive Education Senior Programs Coordinator / Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of world-class executive education programs at the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership. You will coordinate flagship offerings such as the Executive Leadership in Major Projects program and bespoke industry focussed development solutions. This is a pivotal role in upskilling the project leaders of tomorrow, working closely with the Director, Executive Education, Institute Manager, expert facilitators, industry partners, and senior professionals to ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience. Reporting to the Institute Manager, this role is required to work on campus three days per week and may have direct reports as the Institute’s Executive Education portfolio grows. Key responsibilities will be to: coordinate and manage the delivery of executive education programs, including logistics, communications, and participant engagement collaborate with academic and professional staff to support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement liaise with external stakeholders, including government and industry partners, to ensure high-quality participant experiences support program evaluation and reporting using participant feedback and institutional data contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, including digital communications and event promotion assist with governance processes, including committee support, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up. As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned to these values and are looking for a Senior Programs Coordinator / Delivery Lead who has: bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience demonstrated experience in program or event coordination, preferably in an education or professional development setting strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent organisational and time management skills experience working in a university or executive education environment is highly desirable a commitment to excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement.
