  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the foundational Identity & Permissions platform used by internal teams and external users. You will define the roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that authentication, access control, and user security features are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy across teams, collaborate closely with engineering, design, security, and compliance, and drive the delivery of impactful features that affect thousands of users.   • Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the Identity & Permissions roadmap, including setting OKRs, priorities, and delivering key features.
  • Conduct continuous discovery through interviews, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Compliance teams to build secure, scalable, and user-facing systems.
  • Establish product management best practices for discovery, delivery, roadmapping, and communication.
  • Align internal stakeholders across product and technical teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Lead cross-team projects involving authentication, role-based access control, user security, and related platform infrastructure.
  • Mentor future PMs as the team grows, promoting product culture across the organization.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in scale-ups or product-led organizations.
  • Strong appetite and understanding of platform and technical topics, including authentication, permissions, security, APIs, and internal tools.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems, structure work, and deliver incremental value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; clear, concise, and proactive.
  • Experience in user-facing product environments, balancing technical and customer-facing priorities.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with multiple demands and constraints.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe while collaborating across time zones.
