- As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the expansion and optimization of global payroll products across multiple regions. You’ll own a portfolio of countries, guiding product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring deep product ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor other product professionals. You’ll have a tangible impact on how payroll products scale globally, shaping reliable, compliant, and efficient solutions that enable businesses to hire and pay teams anywhere in the world.
Accountabilities
- Lead the roadmap and delivery for a portfolio of countries within the global payroll expansion program.
- Define clear product goals, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with the broader company vision.
- Drive complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance product efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency and focus.
- Act as a key escalation point for cross-functional challenges, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, fintech, or compliance-driven environment.
- Proven record of full product ownership, including strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-region products, ideally within payroll, HR tech, or global compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including experience engaging senior executives.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
- High degree of autonomy and accountability, with the ability to drive measurable business impact.
