- As a Senior Product Manager for Middleware and Integrations, you will own and drive a portfolio of products that connect and empower internal and external systems, shaping the way users and partners interact with the platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define strategy, set priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product adoption, streamline integration processes, and enhance platform efficiency. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong culture of feedback, experimentation, and ownership, contributing to the digitalization of a complex and high-value industry. The position is fully remote across Europe, with occasional in-person meetups to foster team collaboration.
Accountabilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog for middleware and integration products, including APIs, connectivity, platform analytics, and administrative features.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and define optimal implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to align product decisions with business objectives.
- Define key metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Drive adoption, revenue growth, and overall customer success through thoughtful product development.
- Ship features that deliver tangible value to both enterprise and SMB customers.
- Contribute to the broader product strategy and ensure alignment across teams.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in Series A to Series C startups.
- Hands-on experience leading strategy, managing a product portfolio, and shipping meaningful outcomes.
- Strong technical curiosity, with practical experience designing and working with APIs, integrating systems, querying data, and using automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, define metrics, and prioritize features effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with confidence in leading discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong individual contributor mindset, capable of executing on initiatives independently.
