As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives from exploration to scale, transforming prototypes into impactful products used by thousands of businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, technical leaders, and stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, validate them with real users, and ensure delivery of innovative solutions that solve practical challenges.   • Accountabilities

In this position, you will be responsible for

  • Driving product discovery by conducting deep user research with accountants, entrepreneurs, and internal teams to uncover pain points and opportunities for GenAI.
  • Partnering with engineering and technical leaders to design, test, and validate innovative AI-driven use cases.
  • Adopting a rapid experimentation and “test & learn” mindset, moving from prototypes to scalable products.
  • Managing the transition from exploration to industrialization, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful.
  • Connecting technical possibilities with real user needs, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
  • Acting as the bridge between highly technical teams and broader business objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the definition of team OKRs, strategy, and best practices in product management.

To thrive in this role, you should bring

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced environments such as scale-ups, startups, or innovation teams.
  • Strong expertise in 0-to-1 product building, with a track record of turning prototypes into successful products.
  • Excellent user research skills and the ability to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Curiosity and creativity to explore GenAI’s potential, even without prior AI expertise.
  • Pragmatism to balance experimentation with scalable delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
