  • This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered products within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will shape how AI assists, augments, and automates workflows for property managers, owners, and operational teams, ensuring user experiences are seamless, efficient, and highly personalized. Working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. The position is fully remote within Europe, providing flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams. Success in this role requires deep customer empathy, data-informed decision making, and hands-on involvement in AI-driven product innovation.
  • Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking it down into rapidly shippable projects aligned with company goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to inform requirements, features, and product improvements.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver intuitive AI-driven experiences that solve real customer pain points.
  • Ensure product releases are executed successfully, on time, and meet defined quality standards.
  • Define and monitor metrics to assess AI feature performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and expand the AI product base, making creative recommendations to enhance business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by influence, fostering alignment, trust, and data-informed decision-making.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt design, model evaluation, and integration of off-the-shelf AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI concepts such as tool use, orchestration, and planning.
  • Deep empathy for users, capable of mapping workflows, identifying friction points, and enhancing user satisfaction.
  • Strong decision-making skills in uncertain environments, with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
  • Ability to lead by influencing without formal authority and align cross-functional teams around clear objectives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
