Senior Product Manager – UX & ConversionLocation: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £70,000–£90,000 (DOE)The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and optimise the most commercially critical part of a high-traffic B2C customer journey — the moment where intent turns into purchase.This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of conversion, trust, and transactional experiences across product detail pages, cart, checkout, payment flows, and account creation. The work you deliver will have a direct, measurable impact on revenue, customer confidence, and long-term retention.You’ll operate in a mature digital product environment, working closely with UX, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to identify friction, validate opportunities through experimentation, and ship high-impact improvements.What You’ll Be DoingConversion & Experience OwnershipOwn and optimise transactional UX across PDPs, cart, checkout, payments, and account creationRuthlessly prioritise initiatives that improve conversion rate, AOV, attachment rate, and customer confidenceDesign and implement trust signals, reassurance messaging, and friction-reduction strategies at high-intent momentsDiscovery, Data & ExperimentationLead continuous qualitative and quantitative discovery to understand user behaviour and drop-off driversDesign and run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses before developmentTranslate behavioural insight into clear product opportunities and shipped improvementsProduct Strategy & RoadmappingOwn the roadmap for conversion and
