  • In this role, you will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms, combining deep research insights with elegant design execution. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product goals and translate them into impactful, scalable interfaces. Your work will shape the strategy, vision, and design craft of products that serve complex user needs, while mentoring and guiding other designers. Accountabilities

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives to identify insights, validate hypotheses, and guide product decisions.
  • Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define product goals and ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Own and improve the design process from discovery through execution and delivery.
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring brand and interaction consistency.
  • Mentor and support other designers in user-centered practices and high-quality design execution.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively through storytelling, rationale, and research evidence.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong focus on user research.
  • Expertise in UX research methodologies, usability testing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proven ability to design cross-platform interfaces (web and native mobile: iOS/Android).
  • Experience designing SaaS or B2B digital products is highly preferred.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence decisions and align teams around user needs.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
