- As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the experience of hundreds of thousands of users across mobile and web platforms. You will take ownership of product areas from problem definition through polished implementation, translating complex operational challenges into intuitive, scalable, and accessible solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage design systems and AI-assisted tools to create high-quality user experiences that balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to influence design standards, coach peers, and contribute to a fast-growing product in a dynamic, remote-first European environment.
- Accountabilities
- Own the design for a core product area, shaping user journeys across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Translate operational challenges into intuitive workflows and interfaces that enhance usability.
- Advance and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for ideation, rapid exploration, and research synthesis to accelerate design processes.
- Conduct user research, validate assumptions, and use insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Elevate design standards by coaching peers, documenting best practices, and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or complex, multi-platform environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and thoughtful design rationale.
- Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, with a focus on performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Mastery of Figma and fluency in modern design workflows, including prototyping, documentation, and developer collaboration.
- Curiosity and confidence in using AI-assisted design tools for ideation and user insight synthesis.
- Clear and structured communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions across teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional squads within hybrid or remote setups.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
