Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to team members in case management and service delivery.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored care plans for clients.
Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
Lead training sessions and workshops to develop team skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks in all operations.
Participate in case reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field, with a track record of success.
Strong knowledge of case management practices and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring team members effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and make sound decisions under pressure.

End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
