If you have previous experience working with Southampton City Council and are familiar with Care Director systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact while advancing your career.As a Senior Practitioner Adults, your role will be vital in supporting the Team Manager and supervising staff to deliver exceptional care. You will take on both operational and managerial responsibilities, including line managing qualified and unregistered staff, chairing safeguarding and best interests meetings, providing expert practice advice, and managing a small complex caseload.
