Key responsibilities include: Producing site appraisals, planning histories, and detailed policy analysis for immediate and strategic sites Managing and submitting planning applications (Outline, Full, Reserved Matters) and discharging planning conditions Liaising with landowners, internal design teams, consultants, and Local Planning Authorities Preparing Design & Access Statements and supporting planning documentation Attending stakeholder and public consultation events Formulating planning strategies to promote sites through Local Plan processes <
