Spain-Focused HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law; conduct internal HR documentation audits.
  • Manage full-cycle HR operations for our Spanish team: contracts, promotions, vacations, maternity/paternity leave, terminations (including complex cases), etc.
  • Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.

Global People Operations Support

  • Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.
  • Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.
  • Support global HR operations, including IC contractors, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.

People Experience & Admin

Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.

Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or remote-first environments.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR documentation practices.

Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.

Proven ability to manage HR processes autonomously and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Hands-on experience with HRIS and process automation tools.

Experience in supporting visa processes and expat relocations is a strong plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team.
