About the role As a Senior Consultant within this Risk Settlement Group, you will be a key contributor to a large, specialist team advising clients across the Pension risk transfer market. You will play a senior role in delivering complex settlement transactions and shaping strategic outcomes for clients. What you'll be doing, your responsibilities will include: Acting as senior support or lead transaction adviser on a wide range of settlement transactions, including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation or capital solutionsTaking responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of transactions, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetLeading and managing relationships with key transaction stakeholdersAdvising clients on their strategic "Journey to Settlement", including preparation, feasibility and market readinessBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with trustees, sponsors and other professional advisers to develop new settlement opportunitiesPlaying a central role in new business initiatives, both internally and externallyUsing deep market knowledge to develop innovative settlement solutionsSupporting marketing activity and thought leadership, including campaigns, events and conferencesContributing to the growth and strategic direction of the Risk Settlement GroupCoaching, mentoring and developing colleagues to help build future leaders Skills and experience required: A proven track rec
