- Intellica is looking for an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our dedicated pensions team for a fixed term contract of 12months. - In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administration services for a portfolio of pension schemes, ensuring that all operations are compliant with current legislation and best practices. You will play an essential role in supporting our clients, managing their pension administration needs, . As a Senior Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including calculating payment amounts for members and processing pension transactions,. Your expertise in pensions administration will allow you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance our service delivery. - Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of pension schemes to ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements.
- Manage pension transactions, including retirements, transfers, and member queries.
- Mentor and assist junior team members in their professional development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Proven experience in pensions administration, ideally in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of pensions legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in pension administration software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team is desirable.
- All successful candidates will be required to go through the Security Clearance (SC) process.
- Candidates must be able to attend an interview day in-person, at the Liver Building, on Saturday 31st January.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role. All candidates must have lived in the UK for 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.
