In this role, you will take a senior position within the paraplanning team, providing guidance to junior colleagues while supporting Wealth Planners in delivering complex financial planning advice.Your focus will be on producing client-centric suitability reports, coordinating technical research, and ensuring all communications meet compliance standards. You will also play a key role in improving processes, coaching new team members, and sharing best practice across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed suitability reports and client correspondence for complex casesConduct calculations, cash-flow modelling, and research to support Wealth PlannersAct as a reference point for team queries and provide guidance to junior paraplannersAssist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team membersIdentify areas for future advice and support Wealth Planners in planning next stepsContribute to efficiency improvements and best practice sharing within the teamRequirements / SkillsProven experience handling complex financial planning cases and producing suitability reportsRQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)Progressing towards Advanced Diploma or Chartered Financial Planner status (desirable)Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with XPlan and cashflow software desiredStrong team leadership, col
