The RoleThis position sits within the Operational Resilience / Third Party Management function and focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of vendors and outsourced providers. The role combines hands-on vendor on-boarding and contract management with performance monitoring, risk assessment and continuous improvement of processes. Key areas of responsibility include: Managing on-boarding and off-boarding of vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to policy and regulatory standards.Supporting vendor due diligence and risk assessments, including documentation, approvals and ongoing monitoring of key third parties.Assisting with drafting, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, tracking renewals and expiries and ensuring obligations are met.Coordinating performance reporting for critical suppliers, tracking SLAs, service quality, costs and identifying improvement opportunities.Helping identify sourcing opportunities and supp
