We need an experienced n8n automation engineer to build a full, production-ready multi-platform video and posting automation system for our 5-brand media network. The system must automate content creation, video assembly, thumbnail generation, scheduling, and posting across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The architecture must support 10 channels, but only 5 need activation now. Only apply if you have proven experience with complex automation. No babysitting, no hand-holding, no time-wasters. Budget: $350 USD (fixed) Timeline: 7 days Location: Must be built directly inside our DigitalOcean VPS (Ubuntu 22.04) Rules: No localhost work. No external n8n accounts. No personal cloud setups. Project Requirements 1. Full Automation Stack Setup (Inside Our VPS Only) Configure and integrate the entire automation ecosystem: n8n (production), FFmpeg, Google OAuth, YouTube API, Meta IG/FB API, TikTok Commercial Music Library, Canva API, Perplexity API, GPT-5 API, Chirp 3 HD (Google TTS), Google Sheets API, cron scheduling, structured error-handling, fallback logic, DigitalOcean server setup, DaVinci Resolve templates (automation-ready assets), Pexels/Pixabay API for media sourcing, and backup syncing to S3/Google Drive. All work must run on our server. 2. Multi-Platform Auto-Posting for 5 Brands Each brand requires automated creation and posting of videos, reels, shorts, carousels, quotes, titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, SEO, thumbnails (via Canva API or templates), and scheduled posting to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. System must support 15 posts per day per channel with staggered cron scheduling, full logging, and backups. 3. Video Automation Workflows A. 60-Minute Music Videos Royalty-free API music sourcing, loudness normalisation, crossfade stitching, exact 60:00 assembly, merge with static/AI/Canva/DaVinci visuals, export and upload. B. 5-Minute Short Videos GPT-5 script generation, Perplexity image sourcing, Canva API scene creation, FFmpeg video assembly, and multi-platform upload. 4. Backup Logic Plan A: API music (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) Plan B: Local licensed music folders with automatic fallback Required Skills (Non-Negotiable) n8n (expert), FFmpeg (expert), Google OAuth, YouTube API, TikTok Commercial API, Meta Graph API, Canva API, GPT-5, Perplexity, Chirp 3 HD, Ubuntu server management, cron scheduling, error-handling, fallback routing, JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud backup workflows. If you cannot handle all of this without supervision, do not apply. Delivery Requirements Everything must be built inside our DigitalOcean VPS. All 5 active brands must have fully working workflows, cron schedules, backup system, testing, debugging, and SOP documentation. Architecture must support scaling to 10 channels.
