There has never been a better time to join EQ. Role Summary We are currently looking for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a fixed term position, serving as maternity cover for up to one year. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be able to generate dynamic ideas that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences. You will be working closely with a global team based in the UK and India, collaborating with internal and external clients. For more complex briefs, you will work with the senior team to design compelling and successful creative videos, always paying attention to detail and striving for visual perfection. In addition to your video and motion graphics skills, you should have a good knowledge of various design mediums and be proficient in Adobe Suite. You should also have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite. Your ability to interpret briefs, stay organised, and manage projects from start to finish will be crucial in this role. You will also assist the Head of Brand & Creative and Design Leads in managing timelines, stakeholders, and agencies.
