This is an opportunity to join a well-established, client-focused Building Services Contractor with over 25 years of experience delivering bespoke M&E solutions on projects up to £15m. Known for their quality-first approach and in-house expertise, they offer a true end-to-end service - from concept design through to installation and long-term maintenance. The Role You'll take a leading role in the mechanical design and delivery of complex building services projects, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Working alongside a highly skilled engineering team, you'll have real influence over design decisions and the technical direction of projects. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on design work with technical leadership and coordination. What You'll Be Doing Designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, particularly HVACProducing calculations and detailed designs using tools such as Hevacomp, Revit MEP, and AutoCADPreparing technical specifications, drawings, and tender informationCollaborating closely with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplinesAttending design meetings, site visits, and inspectionsEnsuring designs meet CIBSE standards, legislation, and industry best practice What They're Looking For A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)At least 5 years' experience in mechanical building services designStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant regulation
