RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the EMEA regional marketing strategy, with the majority of effort focused on the UK and EU, ensuring alignment with Kharon’s global objectives and commercial priorities.
- Act as the regional marketing lead, providing clear direction, prioritization, and strategic judgment.
- Identify market opportunities, gaps, and risks, and proactively recommend initiatives to accelerate growth and brand presence.
- Personally plan and execute integrated marketing programs, including digital campaigns, hosted and sponsored events, content initiatives, and partner activations.
- Serve as a highly capable individual contributor, executing day-to-day work while maintaining a clear line of sight to long-term regional goals.
- Support broader EMEA initiatives as needed and provide lightweight marketing enablement and guidance to the APAC team as it develops.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging to reflect local market dynamics, regulatory considerations, customer needs, and cultural nuances across the UK and EU.
- Develop and refine regional value propositions, narratives, and content in close collaboration with global marketing and product teams.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure tight alignment on priorities, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Act as a trusted regional counterpart to sales leadership, supporting pipeline development, account-based initiatives, and strategic opportunities.
- Define success metrics for regional marketing initiatives and own performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns, resource allocation, and channel mix.
- Own the EMEA marketing budget, making disciplined investment decisions to maximize ROI.
- Balance immediate execution needs with longer-term capability building as the region and team mature.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, industry organizations, and influencers to extend Kharon’s reach and credibility.
- Represent Kharon externally in regional marketing contexts, including events and strategic partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing, with a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and brand awareness.
- Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk-related sectors strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of UK and EU markets; familiarity with broader EMEA is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands-on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring performance, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action.
