Salary: £49,400 + DOE What you’ll be doing: Working alongside the Technology and Toolset Capability development teams, this role will involve the development and demonstration of producibility processes within the Factory of the Future Manufacturing Engineering team.Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and provide producibility deliverables accordingly to meet business requirements.Work closely with design and Technology R&D teams to integrate simulation feedback into the product development lifecycle.Support activities to mature Siemens toolset processes by applying to demonstrator products and feedback to development teamWhere required, demonstrate the toolset capability within customer / stakeholder reviews / engagement forums.Interface with a range of stakeholders including internal and External Customer, Manufacturing Function, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Toolset Development Teams, Siemens support engineers Your skills and experiences: Essential: Demonstrated experience in a production manufacturing role.Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail in analysingcomplex engineering processes.Demonstrate a flexible approach, adapting their approach to the differing timescales of early lifecycle products.Minimum HND in an Engineering discipline and/or equivalent qualification/experienceExperience in the engineering and manufacture of mechanical assembly products Desirable: Familiarity with Air Sector Manufacturing Engineering policies and pro
