- This role requires a strong leader with working experience with SFDC and SAP, a strong business process and data orientation, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with the regions, users and partners in IT and Finance, as well as SMEs and stakeholders in other functions including Innovation, Platforms, Marketing and Operations. The role includes being the overall Global Business Process owner and Customer Data Steward for the areas covered by SFDC working with and guiding the individual BPOs and Data Stewards towards effective decisions that allow us to move forward with discipline and agility. The ideal candidate will ensure that the Salesforce platform and the Global business processes underneath effectively support the company's business goals and maximizes its potential with its users.
- Responsibilities
- Global lead for our SFDC deployment, utilization, effectiveness, and evolution working along side an IT lead and Finance lead for SFDC and working in partnership with the regions.
- Lead a small central SFDC Excellence business team to support SFDC adoption, utility and evolution
- Lead and manage the global BPO and Data steward networks: Engage when needed. Guide them in simplicity over complexity and agility over perfection.
- Ensure business processes that work for us: Ensure we have the processes in SFDC linked with the data stewards and BPOs to keep the data clean within and in the linkages with other systems (i.e. SAP)
- Establish and lead a mindset of listening to your users and continuous improvement to drive adoption and utility using your team for very minor adjustments and the internal SFDC IT team for moderate adjustments.
- Develop and manage KPIs and dashboard for adoption and utility. Be able to verify the data is staying clean.
- Develop and manage to a longer-term vision, strategy and roadmap for higher levels of value creation and projects / enhancements to improve customer experience, commercial efficiency and value creation for growth. And be able to operationalize how to get there over time.
- Advocate for improving our Customer’s Experience: Bring passion and thought leadership for improving our customer’s experiences and maturing in true Customer Relationship Management effectiveness to drive more solutions sales and growth.
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects (adding more elements to SFDC such as pricing/contracting, complaints and customer inquiries): Guide projects from conception to costing, budgeting, resourcing to successful risk management, timeline management, implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, goals, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders (including sales, marketing, innovation, IT, etc.) to gather and analyze business requirements, driving to global requirements and business processes, then translating them into specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop your SFDC Excellence team to serve the users and deliver upon the teams objectives while growing in capability and effectiveness.
- Platform maintenance, stability: Ensure the maintenance, stability, performance, and security of the Salesforce platform, including the data, reinforcement mechanisms to drive adoption, detection and troubleshooting of issues, and ability to rapidly address.
- Data Management & Governance: Oversee data management strategies, including integrations with other systems and adherence to data governance policies.
- Training & User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and adoption of the Salesforce platform.
- Stay updated on Salesforce new features and capabilities: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, then determine what is right for us when; in partnership with the IT and Finance lead and the regions.
- Promote best practices: Advocate for and document best practices within Salesforce internal community and with the BPOs and Data Stewards
- Customer Master Data Owner: Drive the appropriate establishment and minimum standards of master data for customer and SFDC needed data.
- Identify and manage risks: Address potential SFDC issues proactively to keep on track with objectives.
- Drive process improvements: Continuously look for ways to enhance SFDC delivery, process efficiency and effectiveness for the user base.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, computer science, information technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business roles in B2B space with strong exposure with SFDC and SAP.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Salesforce certifications is a nice to have
- Excellent leadership, business process, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
- The pay range for this position within the US is $115,500 - $165,000
