Full time fixed term until February 2027 Provide strategic HR leadership and partnering to diverse portfolios Offering a competitive remuneration package including 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Senior Manager, HR Partnering provides strategic HR guidance to client groups, leads a small team of HR Partners, champions best-practice people management, ensures high-quality HR service delivery, drives continuous improvement across the function, and acts as one of the deputies to the HR Associate Director as required. Your key responsibilities will be to: lead the development and implementation of strategies and plans for the HR Service Delivery to defined portfolio group/s to support the achievement of business objectives and the implementation of the University’s workforce plan independently lead projects and strategic priorities to support the growth and development of the HR function build and manage strong working relationships within HR and senior leaders across the University as appropriate (relating to key accountabilities), including partnering and collaborating with the HR COEs and the HR Leadership Team lead and manage a team of HR Partners in providing support to a portfolio group by providing effective guidance and support independently develop, implement and lead initiatives to build the capability of the HR workforce ensure effective collaboration and teamwork takes place within the team, between the team and other groups within human resources of strategic partnering to key stakeholders with assigned portfolio on all matters relating to their people and organisational objectives. About you prior experience in a business partnering environment and an ability to build individuals and team capabilities and deliver collaborative achievements and shared goals extensive experience in HR Partnering coupled with an understanding of industry best practice, with the capability to deliver integrated, commercially sound HR solutions demonstrated delivery of operational excellence and experience developing fit for purpose HR solutions that meet the needs of the organisational goals and customers previous experience leading a team of HR professionals demonstrated highly developed strategic relationship and senior stakeholder management skills, together with the demonstrated ability to influence outcomes.
