Your New Role This role offers broad exposure across Finance, Actuarial and Legal (FAL), with the chance to influence and improve day-to-day processes and operations. You'll be responsible for directing a team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial information and maintaining service excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and production of accurate financial reporting for Group, Statutory, Regulatory and Lloyd's submissions , in a timely manner Design, build and continuously enhance the reporting and operational framework to meet evolving internal and external stakeholder needs Lead, manage , coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture to ensure the team achieve s their professional development goals Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy
