The finance function plays a key role in driving performance, supporting senior stakeholders, and delivering strategic growth initiatives. The Role Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reportingPrepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPost key journals and complete balance sheet reconciliationsSupport financial close activities and day-to-day accounting operationsPartner with senior stakeholders across departments, attending meetings and presenting financial insightsLead or support finance projects focused on process improvement and efficiencyAssist with year-end statutory accounts and internal/external audit requirements About You Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong management accounting and financial reporting experienceHigh attention to detail with excellent analytical and technical skillsConfident communicator able to influence senior stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing prioritiesExperienced with accounting systems and financial reporting tools What's on Offer Salary between £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experienceHybrid working with up to 2 days from home per weekPerformance-related bonus schemeEnhanced annual leave with option to b
