Locum Senior Adult Social Care SolicitorUp to £65 per hour DOE | Full-Time | Remote for the Right CandidateWe are working with a respected local authority seeking an experienced Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis. This is a full-time position, and remote working is available for the right candidate.The successful candidate will handle a complex caseload covering the full spectrum of adult social care matters. This may include Mental Capacity Act work, Court of Protection applications, community care matters, safeguarding, ordinary residence disputes, and providing high-level advice to senior stakeholders across Adult Services.You will be expected to manage cases independently, offer clear and pragmatic legal advice, draft robust documentation, and work closely with internal clients to support the effective delivery of adult social care functions.
