You will play a key role in growing the volume of new lets, securing instructions, and ensuring excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions.Develop and implement effective marketing and canvassing strategies.Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate division.Register, qualify, and manage applicants.Arrange and conduct property viewings.Negotiate lettings agreements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.Ensure compliance with all legal obligations.Assist in managing and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets.Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in residential property lettings and valuations.Proven track record in securing new business.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships.Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.Good telephone manner and positive attitude.Knowledge of the local property market.
